Why I'm considering going without health insurance for the first time in 20 years

I've been with Kaiser for the past few years and have enjoyed affordable and ample care. But as of next year that's all about to change thanks to Obama care. My premiums are going up by 55% while my coverage will decline tremendously. I'll let you watch the video on why I think this has happened.

  1. I hear you Tan. My wife is on a separate plan from my company plan. Her BCBS plan had better pharmacy benefits and cost only a little more. She was informed that her new policy with BCBS next year would now require her to carry maternity insurance. She has had a hysterectomy and is 63 years old! Hopefully I'll be able to get her on my company plan next year. A year after that she'll be eligible for Medicare.
I supported Obama for his re-election, but I am not a supporter now. I'm extremely unhappy on how the ACA was rolled out and what it now means for folks like you and me.
